Is this event all ages?
No. The Seed Assembly is a 21+ Event
What can I bring to Seed Assembly?
Attendees are welcome to bring personal items and cannabis products to enjoy responsibly at the event.
You may bring:
• Personal cannabis products
• Flower for personal use (must be consumed outside)
• Vapes, rosin, concentrates & rigs
• Seeds for trading at the Seed Swap
• Personal bags or backpacks
• Cameras or phones for photos
Please be respectful of the venue and other attendees while enjoying the event.
What is not allowed at Seed Assembly?
To keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, the following items are not permitted:
• Smoking flower inside the venue
• Outside food or drinks
• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Pets (service dogs only)
• Commercial product sales outside of approved vendors
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the event.
How much are vendor tables?
Basic vendor tables at Seed Assembly are free for approved breeders and vendors.
Our goal is to make it easy for breeders and small companies to participate and connect with the community.
For vendors looking for larger displays or additional exposure, premium booth spaces and sponsorship opportunities are available.

Will There Be Security?
Yes we will have onsite Licensed Security.
Can I Become A Vendor?
Yes. Vendor opportunities are available for breeders, seed banks, and cannabis industry companies.

Is the Seed Assembly a Smoke Friendly Event?
Seed Assembly is a smoke-friendly event, but there are a few guidelines to keep things comfortable for everyone.
Smoking flower is not permitted inside the venue.
If you’d like to smoke flower, please step outside to the designated outdoor areas.
Vapes and rosin are permitted inside the venue. We simply ask everyone to be respectful of the space and the people around them so everyone can enjoy the event.
Am I allowed to bring my own flower?
Yes. Attendees are welcome to bring their own cannabis products.
However, flower cannot be consumed inside the venue. If you’d like to smoke flower, please step outside to the designated outdoor areas.
Vapes and rosin are permitted inside the venue.
Are pets allowed at Seed Assembly?
No pets are allowed inside the venue.
Service animals are welcome, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, only trained service dogs are permitted. Emotional support animals and other pets are not allowed.

Can I bring seeds to swap?
Yes. The Seed Swap area is specifically designed for attendees to trade genetics with one another.
Please remember:
• All trades must be voluntary between participants
• Be respectful of other collectors and breeders
• No cash sales in the seed swap area
The swap is meant to celebrate the sharing and preservation of genetics.
