A Home Grow Competition Built for the Culture
The Assembly Cup is Seed Assembly’s home grow competition, created to celebrate the passion, skill, and dedication of small-scale cultivators.
This competition is all about giving home growers a real platform to showcase their work in front of respected breeders and the wider cannabis community.
No corporate grows. No commercial entries. Just real homegrown flower, judged on quality, character, and execution.
Who Can Enter
The Assembly Cup is open exclusively to home growers.
Commercial companies, licensed facilities, and corporate cultivation operations are not eligible to compete.
This is a competition designed to spotlight the people growing for the love of the plant.
Competition Format
The competition will be limited to 50 contestants.
Each grower will submit their flower for judging. From there, the judges will select the Top 10 finalists.
- 50 home growers will compete
- All entries will be reviewed by the judges
- The Top 10 finalists will advance to the final round
- Finalists will present their flower directly to the judges
- The judges will select the Top 3 winners
This format gives growers the chance not only to compete, but to share the story behind their flower and receive direct feedback from breeders.
The Final Round
The Top 10 finalists will move on to a live final judging round at Seed Assembly.
During the final round, each finalist will present their flower directly to the judges and speak on what they grew.
- Share the name of the strain
- Talk about the grow
- Present the flower to the judging panel
- Receive direct breeder feedback
After all final presentations are complete, the judges will come together and determine the Top 3 winners.
Prizes
The Top 3 growers will take home prizes.
